GODZILLA FILM FESTIVAL IS ROARING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE PHILIPPINES

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — This October, the King of the Monsters returns to the big screen at the first “Godzilla Film Festival” in the Philippines. This event will bring iconic films to Philippine cinemas, offering fans the chance to experience these monster movies as they were meant to be seen—larger than life and within all the spectacle of the cinema.
Fans can catch the festival and watch for as low as PHP 275 per ticket, from October 14 to 20 exclusively at select SM Cinemas. The festival brings together five landmark Godzilla films spanning more than five decades of monster mayhem: Mothra vs Godzilla (1964); Godzilla vs Biollante (1989); Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999); Godzilla: Final Wars (2004); and Shin Godzilla (2016). From the classic clashes of Godzilla and Mothra to the Millennium era and the striking modern vision of Shin Godzilla, the lineup offers fans a chance to experience different eras of the storied franchise in one cinematic celebration.
